Tony at SCAQ Blog wrote about the Seagaia Ocean Dome (the largest indoor pool in the world) located in Miyazaki, Japan. Although the resort was closed in 2007 for renovations, the world record for retractable roof and indoor waterpark size seem to be intact.

Because of its size, and the Wikipedia description that boasts a “permanently blue sky even on a rainy day,” the Ocean Dome instantly made me think of The Truman Show. You know, the part where he sails across the sea only to reach a wall where the sky meets water. I love this imagery!

That's funny, when Tony showed me this the first thing that came to my mind was the Truman Show too.
