		<description>I think they can put this kind of system in place in such a way that it would not be very conspicuous, but would always be there in case of a serious dilemma. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They shouldn&#039;t rely on it for every single disqualification or finish. But in a case that overturns a World title, it would be important to have this information. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the other hand, this takes a lot of pressure off the referee. He or she should have enough expertise and confidence in swimming to firmly stand behind a decision to disqualify someone without &quot;reviewing the play.&quot;</description>

		<description>A beautiful thing about swimming was, just as in baseball, the judgement was left up to the officials and the honor was up to the swimmers.  Now we are going to have to deal with replays and waiting for checking and what not.  I disagree with this change as strongly as possible.  Although this will lead, most likely, to more fair meets, gone is the idea that this is a group adventure.  This is now swimmers against computers.  Swimmers against cameras.  this takes away from the idea of swimmers competing against swimmers.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is the need for officials on deck now?</description>
