Policies & Returns
All orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email stating that we have received your order. In order to receive this confirmation email, please make sure a valid email address has been entered on your order and that the domain name, kastawayswimwear.com, is not blocked with a spam or junkmail filter. If there are any questions concerning our policy about customers information, please read and review our SECURITY& PRIVACY statement (S&P statement)
All orders are subject to availability of merchandise. Due to constant change of inventory, the website does not reflect to the exact if items are available. If any items are backordered, your order confirmation email will state what items may be delayed due to low availability. Depending on manufacturer availabilty, backorder delivery time to the customer can range from 2-4 weeks. If you placed an order and requested RUSH DELIVERY, all in-stock items will be shipped to you via the RUSH DELIVERY method you requested. If any items are on backorder, these items will be shipped via Standard delivery.
All Orders are processed and shipped from the Kast-A-Way Swimwear warehouse located in Cincinnati, Ohio. If necessary, items may be shipped from our other locations. Customers will only be charged the shipping charges stated on their order, unless additional shipping charges are stated in product/item information. These additional charges will be added to your invoice after you have received your completed order. Customers will only be charged the shipping charges stated on their order (except for those items/product that stated additional shipping) even if multiple shipments are needed to fill your order.
All items will ship via Standard Delivery. Packages weighing 8 oz. or less will be sent USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. Packages weighing over 8 oz. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless RUSH DELIVERY is requested.
RUSH DELIVERY will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Overnight, 2nd Day select delivery are available on request at an additional cost (see shipping charge guide). ITEMS DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS.
Standard Delivery - 5-7 business days (Monday through Friday, do not count weekends)
2nd Day Delivery - 3 business days (Do not count weekends)
Overnight Delivery - 2 business days (Do not count weekends)
Kast-A-Way Swimwear will ONLY ship packages to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico and Military APO/FPO Boxes.
We no longer ship to any other country other than the United States. We do ship to Puerto Rico and US Military Addresses. We apologize to our customers living outside the United States. However, if you can provide us an address within the United States where we can ship your order to be forwarded to you, we will be more than glad to help you in any way we can.
Fitting and Care
Get the most out of your new Lycra™ suit! Lycra suits should fit snug and conform to the body for optimum performance. It is not recommended that you size up your Lycra suit for growth. With repeated use, your Lycra suit will stretch and go on more easily.
For best results do not machine wash your suit. After use, rinse in clear cold water to remove any chlorine and perspiration. Hang to dry. Never put your Lycra suit in the dryer. Do not store wet suit in a bag or towel as this will harm the Lycra fabric.

Free Shipping coupons are not valid on RUSH DELIVERY (Standard/Regular Delivery ONLY) or items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This includes, Pool and Deck Equipment, Monofins, and any other items indicated.
Before use, please examine your merchandise carefully for any shipping inaccuracies or manufacturing defects. KAST-A-WAY SWIMWEAR will replace any such merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to exchange merchandise, please include $4.00 per item to cover return shipping cost. All items must include the return form enclosed with the original shipment. Return Form are placed in every shipment along with 2 copies of the shipment invoice. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date or they will not be accepted. CUSTOM ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Custom items include any and all items that have been embroidered or silkscreened with an organizations name, team name or swimmer/athlete name.
All returns are subject to approval before refunds or exchanges will be made. All returns are the responsibility of the customer, therefore, protect yourself against loss of returns by sending Insured USPS Mail or lnsured UPS.
Please allow three weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned.
Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e., a purchase that was put on a credit card will be credited to that same card number).
Kast-A-Way Gift Certificates can be used at any of our retail locations, events, or fittings where Kast-A-Way Swimwear, Inc. is participating as a vendor. You can also use your gift gertificate on mail orders, but you must mail the order and gift certificate to our corporate office in Cincinnati.
If you wish to use your Gift Certificate on our website or with an order you are placing over the phone, we will be more than glad to accept your order but you will need to send us the actual Gift Certificate. When the Gift Certificate is received, we will either apply it to your order or, if the order has already been shipped, we will issue a credit to your credit card.
Gift Certificates MAY NOT be redeemed for cash or be used to pay existing balances.
